Where i can find Documentation
Documentation is in main pack, In themeforest account, click on download and on our theme, choose to download All files & documentation. Unzip and inside you will find main pack with Documentation, open folder and inside you will find index.html, open this in Chrome/Mozilla browser and navigate using browser scroll.
Support ticket sent and no response
After you send ticket, normally, we check it in maximum 1hour-2. if you didn't receive response from us, please send us email to email@example.com with note that you sent ticket support . Sometimes emails are received in spam and we see them after hours.
What is free support
If you purchase our theme, you have 6 months support, after 6 months you need to extend your support
What is not included in free support
In free support is not included: theme installation, demo content installation, customs, fixing other extensions that are not coming with our theme.
Where are updated extensions
All premium extensions need licence key for auto update, but due policy we can't provide those codes for auto update (we have developer licence and licence code can't be pass to our clients, due joomshaper policy or revolution slider or layer slider). But don't worry, we allways make updates nad will add inside main pack in folder Updates, so you can have them and install like normal extension.
